Trademarking our logo not only protects the JAF brand, but it also assures our current and future clients they are working with and receiving information from JAF Consulting, Inc. and not an unknown source posing as JAF.
As our concern for consumer confusion grew, we decided investing in a trademark was necessary. Many of you are familiar with our original vertical logo, pictured above, which has now been registered with the USPTO under registration #6,971,058. Additionally, we have registered our horizontal logo which can be found on our website and other print material, with the USPTO under registration #6,971,060.
