The Audit
To start things off, our team will conduct a thorough audit of the client's facility, quality systems, and documentation practices.
The Report Card
Following the audit, a detailed report will outline where the facility and team excel and where we've identified room for improvement across data integrity, quality assurance, and management practices.
The Consult
Report cards (and of course action) are always personally reviewed with the client, keeping communication open as we unpack next steps.
The Certification
Once deemed compliant (or as soon as compliance is achieved) an official Letter of Certification is granted to confirm compliance.
The Partnership
Semi-annual check-ins and re-inspections work to ensure industry compliance as operations grow and the standard continues to evolve.
